Can a woman forget her nursing child, not having compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, they may forget; yet I will not forget you. Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of My hands; your walls are continually before Me. I will lift up My hand to the nations, and raise My standard to the peoples, and they will bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters will be carried on their shoulders. Kings will be your foster fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers. Behold, at My rebuke I dry up the sea, and make rivers a wilderness; their fish rots for lack of water and die of thirst.
